Meet Dr Aatif our clinical director, general dentist and specialises in smile makeovers. Aatif is committed to making every dental visit a positive and reassuring experience for his patients. With his extensive knowledge and advanced clinical skills he provides exceptional care with a personal and compassionate touch. Aatif prioritises patient comfort by building relationships and tailoring treatments to ease anxiety and boost confidence. Aatif provides Invisalign and composite bonding, using minimally invasive techniques for optimal results.

Outside of work, he enjoys family time with his two sons and daughter and stays active playing on a local 8 a side football team.

Meet Dr Richard, our dedicated dental surgeon who was originally from Canterbury, moved to Leeds and qualified as a dentist in 2010 and returned to Kent in 2022. He has worked in both hospital and general dental practice in Yorkshire. Over the past four years, he has also mentored newly qualified dentists.

With a strong focus on promoting excellent oral health, Dr Richard derives satisfaction from helping patients overcome their dental anxieties and finding effective solutions to their oral health issues. Outside of his professional life, Richard shares a home with his wife, young son, two cats and a dog, it’s a mad house! Richard is an active participant in sports such as squash and racketball. Richard can’t live without pizza, pizza and more pizza!

Meet Dr. Aoife, a general dentist with a special interest in the interplay of function and structure on airways, sleep, breathing, and facial form. She integrates myofunctional therapy with orthodontic treatments and has completed a one-year orthodontic certificate in London. Trained at the Breathe Institute in Los Angeles, Dr. Aoife specialises in treating tongue tie through functional frenuloplasty for both children and adults, working within a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal health.

An avid learner, Dr. Aoife continually updates her knowledge through courses and conferences. She also has a strong interest in research, with her work recently published in the British Dental Journal.

Meet Dr Nadiye, our dedicated dentist. Qualified in Turkey in 2006, Nadiye initially worked as a dentist and dental hygienist before relocating to the UK with her husband. In the UK, she expanded her experience by working as a nurse, hygienist, and therapist, before returning to her passion as a dentist. Known for her caring nature, Nadiye provides exceptional dental care with a personal touch.

Outside of work, Nadiye enjoys exploring local areas and traveling to interesting destinations with her husband and daughter. A keen sportswoman, she particularly loves swimming.

Meet Dr Ben, our newest recruit! Ben’s particular interests involve aesthetic smile rehabilitations using composite bonding, porcelain veneers, full mouth rehabilitations, replacement of missing teeth and worn teeth. He is currently undergoing advanced training in teeth straightening procedures.

Ben is a big believer in giving patients a customised experience and treatment plan to achieve their healthy smile goals whilst making their experience as comfortable as possible.

In his spare time, Ben is a keen runner and enjoys long walks with his labrador.

Meet Taisya our hygienist, who gained her Dental Hygiene degree at the University of Essex in 2021 after working as dental nurse for 10 years prior.

Taisya is dedicated to improving the oral and overall health of patients and successfully treating and managing periodontal diseases. She enjoys building good relationships with patients and has developed skills to treat anxious patients with the use of gentle techniques and having an empathetic approach. She is a friendly and enthuaustic part of the dental team who will always act in patients best interest.

At the weekends, Taisya loves cooking food and spending time with her family and friends.

Meet Charlotte, our experienced nurse with over 20 years in dentistry, now excels as our registered CQC manager, ensuring top-notch quality in healthcare delivery. Renowned for her impeccable organisational skills and mastery of checklists, Charlotte keeps operations running smoothly. Despite her demanding role, she effortlessly juggles the responsibilities of being a devoted mother to two children, earning her the title of taxi mum for her chauffeuring duties. Charlotte’s knack for problem-solving and her versatility make her a true asset to the team, earning her the reputation as a “solutions girl”.

Fun Fact: Charlotte will always be carrying a tub of vaseline in her handbag.

Beyond her professional life, Sophie is a devoted mother of three, balancing her career with family responsibilities effortlessly. Outside the office, she finds solace in the company of her two beloved horses and three affectionate cats, indulging her passion for animals and nature.
